Our expertise extends to a wide variety of areas, the development  Facilities Services, was created due to our existing customers requesting works outside our remit. This additional service has ensured we can offer a comprehensive and quality service, to all our customers.

We have priced new installation contracts for Air Conditioning / Heat pump / Chillers systems to the value of  £1,200,000.00 + vat  within N. Ireland, contract’s throughout the UK and some small sized contract’s overseas.

VCM Services holds public liability insurance cover, a copy of which is available upon request. We comply with all current health and safety legislation together with being certified in the safe handling of
refrigerants. We also hold a professional indemnity
certificate for system designs.
